Complaints

If you want to make a complaint about our service it may be helpful to first talk to the person involved. If not you can speak to our Service Manager.

The manager will talk to the worker and then discuss the issue with you. If your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can raise the matter further with the Director of the Carers Centre.
