How to make a Complaint

We want to provide the best service we can. If you want to make a complaint about our service it may be helpful to talk to the person involved. If not you can speak to a manager.
 
The manager will talk to the worker and then discuss the issue with you. If your complaint has not been resolved you can contact the Carers Centre Director, Debbie Charman.  Please contact us.
