Organised in partnership with local carers these friendly sessions are a chance to meet other carers and find out what is going on in your area. There is no need to book and you don’t have to be there for the whole time. If you want to find out more call us.

Time for Me Days
These events take place in community venues and provide an opportunity to meet other carers, find out information, take part in some fun activities, indulge in a complementary therapy and enjoy a free lunch.
