Carers Hub
We are the lead partner in Brighton & Hove’s Carers Hub.
Carers Hub is a partnership of three local charities and local authority assessment staff, who have joined together to create a focal point for unpaid carers, to get information and support they need.
Think of Carers Hub as the front door for carers and professionals seeking support in Brighton & Hove. From there, you can submit a referral for services and access our Carer Champions training programme.
Once a referral is made, services will be provided by one or more of our Carers Hub partners:
- Alzheimer’s Society
- Crossroads Care
- Brighton & Hove City Council Carer Assessment Workers
- or us, lead provider, The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove
