Join us for our carers’ workshop ‘Sleep tips during a Pandemic’ run in association with WEA Adult Learning within reach where we will be learning ways to improve and protect our sleep during the current pandemic situation. Identify environmental barriers to sleep, emotional issues, anxiety, habits and unconscious thoughts. Talk about feelings and dreams. Complete a sleep diary and use apps to help with sleep.
– No skills or experience needed, this course is for beginners
– You will however need an internet connection, speakers, a microphone and webcam.
