Join us for a 4 week Workshop with Reablement Volunteer; Eleanor, who has experience of teaching Life Skills to adult learners.
Starting on Thursday 4th March and continuing on Thursday 11th, 18th and 25th March 2021
This course is for any carer who wants to develop their own skills in self care and the importance or priortising it, in dealing with challenging situations assertively as well as time management and goal setting for carers.
