There are a number of support and social groups for carers in Brighton & Hove. Sometimes people find the thought of joining a group daunting but once people start they usually discover that the opportunity to talk to others who are experiencing similar things is really helpful.
Please make contact with the lead person for the group to find out more details and any restrictions before attending.
You may also like to view our Carers Activities sheet.
Please note: The Carers Centre for Brighton and Hove does not run or endorse any of the following groups other than: coffee mornings, garden, eating disorder, male carers and stroke group. We can not accept any responsibility for the running of external groups.
