For residents in Brighton & Hove who are coming up to retirement or just retired – a different approach to making sure you look after yourself and plan for a happy, fulfilling and healthy retirement – especially helpful if you’ll be managing on a low income/fixed pension.
Funded by the National Lottery this free programme is a mixture of individual advice, activities, inspirational talks and information about what’s going on locally. The programme will be running on Monday mornings, 10am to 1pm, for six weeks from 19th February 2018 at The Villas, Clarendon Villas, Hove.

Age UK and Mind in Brighton and Hove are running weekly 2-hour small group sessions for 8 weeks. In these sessions we will discuss and practice skills and approaches which can help us face challenges more easily and help improve our general sense of well-being. The sessions will be running on Fridays afternoon between 2nd February and 23rd March 2018 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
