The Carers Centre provides a range of peer-support groups and workshops for Adult Carers who live in the City of Brighton & Hove. These include coffee mornings and informative events on topics such as manual handling, first aid and coping with stress.

These activities empower carers to develop resilience around their caring role, form a positive peer support network and to enjoy a life outside of caring. Many carers who engage in our group activities comment that their physical and emotional wellbeing are improved simply by knowing that they’re not alone.

Just £5 can cover the cost of 1 Adult Carer attending a peer support activity. Support an Adult Carer today.
