We are delighted to announce the findings from our Carers Hub survey 2021. The 70+ respondents helped us build upon data that we gathered in 2019 for an interesting comparison of how carers view our services here in Brighton & Hove. It is a testament to the staff and volunteer team that satisfaction rates have increased in spite of having to deliver so many of our services online during the past 2 years.
